Value & Impact Special Interest Group

Value and Impact Special Interest Group

This group will meet regularly to share best practice and to undertake activities on behalf of The Northern Collaboration in areas such as KPIs, benchmarking, developing analytics, and the use / creation of data and qualitative information to support continuous service improvement.

The first meeting of the group took place on 15th December 2015 and was hosted at the University of Salford.

A presentation and 2 case studies focussed on recent research, current practice and new ways to demonstrate value and impact in HE Libraries. They provided a focus for discussions and group work, where we began work on establishing terms of reference and developing a programme of suggested activities to support and progress work on value and impact across member libraries.
